Concept
The design concept reflects a minimalist and modern approach, prioritizing essential forms, natural textures, and neutral tones. The penthouse was conceived to breathe—open, elegant, and functional—where every element contributes to a sense of balance and harmony. Art, clean lines, and understated luxury create an atmosphere that invites presence and peace. Designed as a second home, the space had to feel effortlessly beautiful, ready to welcome the family throughout the year.

Layout
The layout was carefully reimagined to maximize flow and enhance social interaction, while also preserving private moments. Five suites were organized to offer hotel-level comfort, while the common areas—living, dining, kitchen, and family room—were opened up to the view, encouraging connection and relaxation. Furniture and decorative elements were selected for both aesthetic elegance and practical use, embracing a soft contemporary style that remains timeless.
