Contemporary Urban Living in Brickell
Brief
This 1-bedroom apartment with a den and two bathrooms, located in the heart of Brickell at the prestigious SLS Lux, spans 1,228 sqft. Concept
The design blends urban and contemporary inspirations with Scandinavian and industrial influences. The palette features timeless neutrals—black, white, gray—enhanced by organic textures like wood and metal. Statement pieces like the Saarinen table, Wishbone chairs, and Eames lounge create a curated high-low aesthetic, combining design classics with smart, accessible finds.
Decor elements were chosen to be easily adaptable to future homes, reinforcing the flexibility of rental-friendly interior design. Personal touches, such as a vintage Formula 1 car model and a striking black-and-white photograph, add identity and warmth.

Layout & Features
The space was planned to offer maximum flow and comfort without structural interventions. Furniture and decor strategically define zones while allowing openness and circulation.
• Living Room: Clean lines, light tones, and a bold striped rug anchor the space, framed by a wood slatted panel and monochrome artwork.
• Dining Area: A minimalist round table with organic shapes and pendant lighting enhances the cozy atmosphere.
• Kitchen: Neutral cabinetry and textured backsplash provide functionality and elegance in a compact layout.
• Bedroom: Gray upholstered headboard, layered linens, and warm lighting create a soothing, masculine retreat.
