Urban Ocean Living
Brief
This modern apartment in Brickell was designed for a couple from California looking to blend their coastal lifestyle with the energy of urban living in Miami. The goal was to create a warm and stylish refuge that reflects their story and brings nature into the heart of the city. Layout
This interior design project in Brickell was planned to enhance fluidity between the living, dining, and kitchen spaces, emphasizing natural light and open sightlines. The interior styling includes a floating wood panel that doubles as a TV mount and concealed storage, paired with a large mirror to amplify the view and brighten the space.
The use of wallpaper, curated lighting, and custom furniture placement creates a cohesive atmosphere, echoing the clean lines typical of contemporary interior design in Miami. Natural plants, organic textures, and carefully selected decor complete the ambiance—making this Miami apartment with city view a personal sanctuary with timeless appeal.

Concept and Flow
The concept was rooted in biophilic interior design, where natural elements inspire every choice. A soothing palette of neutrals layered with rich textures and nature-inspired colors—like ocean blue and earthy green—reflects the couple’s desire to stay connected to their roots.
At the heart of the project, a striking triptych by artist Reinaldo Giarola anchors the living room, reinforcing the oceanic concept and bringing emotional resonance. The design aligns with modern apartment decor trends in Miami, where art and function intersect to create a sense of calm, elegance, and character.
