This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath loft is located in one of the most iconic towers in Downtown Miami: Ten Museum Park. With 1,029 sqft of total area, the space was fully transformed by NM Design USA to reflect a sleek, contemporary style while enhancing comfort, lightness, and functionality.

Concept
The design concept focused on elevating a compact layout into a spacious and visually connected home. The palette blends neutral tones—gray, white, and beige—with organic textures, sleek finishes, and pops of terracotta and navy for warmth and contrast. The client requested a light, airy aesthetic that embraced Miami’s urban sophistication with touches of personality.
Custom elements such as floating shelves, glass partitions, and layered lighting help define each zone without disrupting the open flow.
Layout & Features
Despite the limited square footage, the layout benefits from floor-to-ceiling windows offering panoramic ocean views and abundant natural light. Strategic use of furniture placement and decor replaces the need for interior walls, ensuring a sense of continuity across living, dining, and bedroom areas.

• Kitchen: Sleek stainless-steel cabinetry with mosaic backsplash and under-cabinet lighting for a clean, polished look.
