Concept
The design vision centered around timeless modernity and tropical elegance. With soaring ceilings and expansive glass façades, the space was conceived to enhance natural light, ocean views, and the seamless connection between interior and exterior areas. The palette blends warm neutrals with organic textures to create a sophisticated yet inviting atmosphere, true to the spirit of luxury Miami interiors.
Architecture & Layout
The architectural project was designed by renowned architect Kobi Karp. From the construction phase, NM DESIGN USA was responsible for the selection of all interior materials and finishes, as well as spatial layout optimization and interior planning. The open floor plan is anchored by a central stone wall, dividing the formal living and dining rooms while preserving a fluid sense of space. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels open to a lush outdoor oasis, reinforcing the modern Florida lifestyle. The floating staircase with glass railings acts as a sculptural focal point within the vertical space.
Outdoor Living Design
The covered terrace features a full outdoor kitchen, lounge, and dining space overlooking the pool and bay. Materials were selected for durability and elegance, including natural stone, weather-resistant furnishings, and architectural pergolas that play with shadow and light—enhancing the visual rhythm of the landscape.
FF&E & Interior Styling
This project showcases a curated selection of high-end furniture, custom millwork, and bespoke lighting. Pieces were selected from global design houses and mixed with personalized elements to ensure uniqueness. Soft ivory upholstery, textured woods, chrome accents, and sculptural seating contribute to a clean, contemporary, yet soulful Miami interior aesthetic.
