Design Concept
The Fictor US project reflects the company’s brand identity in its very first Miami headquarters. The design blends contemporary aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.
We incorporated organic shapes to soften the building’s geometry and created a flowing layout that enhances well-being and encourages team collaboration. Natural materials, biophilic elements, ergonomic furniture, and strategic lighting create a healthy and welcoming workspace. The color palette — green, sand, light wood, and graphite — evokes nature, calm, and understated elegance.

Challenges and Solutions
Our main challenge was to deliver high visual impact relying solely on interior design. We retained the existing infrastructure (ceiling, HVAC, and electrical systems), which helped reduce construction time and costs. The entire process — from contract to delivery — was completed in just four months, showcasing the agility of our studio and our commitment to excellence in design and efficiency.
