Organic elements like a preserved green wall, woven textures, artisanal details, and hand-painted murals on the bedroom walls create a tactile and cozy atmosphere, while maintaining a fresh and elevated feel. The “Good Vibes Only” neon sign sets the tone—laid-back luxury with a playful soul.
Layout
The double-height living room acts as the heart of the home, connecting the kitchen, dining, and balcony in an open-plan layout ideal for entertaining. A floating staircase leads to the private upper-level bedrooms, each designed with a unique personality—one in sage green tones, the other in coral with botanical murals. The kitchen features custom dark cabinetry, a stone backsplash, and a statement island with glass top and sculptural wood base.
