Renovation Project for the exterior area and gourmet dining area.

This space was designed for entertainment, where my client could have guests over comfortably and also maximizing and optimizing the space provided, without losing the garden area.

The project created a resting area in front of the pool, adding a metallic structure on top of the balcony. We built a sauna that connects with the pool area, renovated the outdoor bathroom and redesigned the barbeque area. Also a new landscape and decoration plan for the exterior and gourmet dining area was done. A new deck area was created for the lounge chairs around the pool and the border of pool was redesigned, adding details in glass tile and LED lighting. The old brick bbq grill gained a new rectangular format, with a steel frame that was coated in burnt cement.
