Duplex Apartment - Alpha Barra

With an amazing view this 1,291 SF Duplex Apartment became an even more attractive and beautiful place after the renovation. With a modern, clean and minimalistic design, using a neutral pallet of colors and optimizing the spaces this apartment is now visually more spacious and illuminated.

In addition to new decoration and new flooring and wallpaper/paint, one of the requirements from my client was to add a new room on the first floor. For that we had to take up a bit of the areas of the balcony and living room. We also created a leisure area in the balcony, with Jacuzzi spa and center table so owners can admire the view of Barra da Tijuca beach and Marapendi lagoon. We also got rid of the second floor balcony, adding more space to the master suite.
